McArthurGlen celebrates International Women’s Day

McArthurGlen Group proudly celebrated International Women's Day this year with a series of events that shared messages of strength, progress and inspiration with our people, brand partners, guests and local communities.

Celebrated over the course of a week, McArthurGlen centres hosted initiatives that recognised the achievements of women, provided platforms to nurture young female talent and deepened connections with local community groups and charity partners.

Events across the portfolio are championed by our Gender Equity in Action affinity group and form part of Evolve, our sustainability programme that sets out how we will drive real change by minimising our negative impact on the planet, maximising our positive impact in the communities where we operate and embedding sustainability into every aspect of our business.
