At Olivadors, chef Anthony Berry—who trained in Michelin-starred kitchens such as the Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa and Les Lodges Sainte-Victoire—crafts a seasonal menu using fresh, local ingredients (like Sénas asparagus, La Fare strawberries, Eyguières tomatoes, Fourques melon, and organic goat cheese from the Alpilles).

The restaurant offers refined bistronomic cuisine with strong Latin influences from Spain, Italy, and southern France. The menu includes flavorful dishes such as bull gardiane, aioli, Label Rouge Italian sausage, homemade lasagna, veal paupiettes with cream, tiramisu, and crème caramel, with meats sourced from the renowned Sollier house.

In warmer months, enjoy house-made salmon gravlax with guacamole, strawberry salads, and exquisite desserts crafted by Philippe Urraca, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

With a focus on quality, creativity, and regional charm, Olivadors invites guests to relax and indulge in a chic yet welcoming setting, complete with a 100m² terrace and a Provençal ambiance.
