What are they?

ISO is an acronym that indicates the most important world organization for the definition of technical standards, International Organization for Standardization.

The certifications held are related to sustainability (ISO: 14001), energy management (ISO: 50001), occupational health and safety (ISO: 45001) and quality control (ISO: 9001).

BREEAM-in use is also an acronym, Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, which represents one of the most important certifications at an international level, the objective of which is to monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of buildings.

The annual renewal through assessments carried out by external certifiers bears witness to the care taken by careful and responsible management not only towards its own organization and those who work there, but also towards the customers who choose it every year to spend a day dedicated to shopping and fun.
