Gabel Industria Tessile Spa was founded in 1957 in the province of Como, a textile district famous all over the world for supplying the most beautiful fabrics to the most important fashion houses.
In this area, rich in textile tradition, Gabel 1957 develops by choosing to internally manage all the phases of the production of household linen: from weaving, to dyeing, to printing, finishing and packaging, up to quality control. A decision that characterizes and distinguishes the company in the European textile panorama.
Environmental and social sustainability, 100% Made in Italy style and love for the “well done” are the values that inspire us, as well as the common thread that binds all our brands: Gabel 1957, Somma 1867, Pretti, Vallesusa.
All our items are Oeko-tex certified and free from substances harmful to humans.
To confirm our "green" commitment, we achieved the certification GOTS, for sustainable production with natural fibers from organic farming and STEP, for the use of clean energy from renewable sources, business ethics and reduction of plastic, electricity and water consumption.
