Guests visiting from outside the EU can receive a tax refund on their purchases.
Shopping tax-free is easy!
TO USE THE SERVICE, OUR GUESTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Have residence or domicile outside the European Union.

Spend a minimum amount of €70.01 on the same day and in the same store.

Leave the EU within 3 months from the date the Tax-Free form is issued.
JUST FOLLOW 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

Request the Tax-Free form: ask the store staff for a refund form for each receipt — they will help you fill it out.

Bring your passport: when shopping in Italy, remember to carry your passport (or a scanned copy) to show in the store.

Validate your forms before leaving the EU: present your receipts, completed forms, passport, and purchases at the customs desk or self-service kiosk at the airport/border before check-in or departure from the EU.
Receive your refund: Visit our Western Union Tax Refund office or the Global Blue direct refund point to receive your refund immediately within the center, or at the airport. Present the validated forms and your passport at the dedicated desks. Alternatively, you can send all documents through the designated mailboxes.
