No visit to East Midland's Designer Outlet this Christmas would be complete without seeing Santa and his elves. Our grotto will be open on Monday 17th November and will remain open right through to Christmas Eve!
Storytime with Santa
This year, families can choose between two new enchanting experiences:
Join us for Storytime with Santa, a 15-minute immersive experience filled with joy, wonder, and holiday cheer.
Running daily from 10am – 7pm, each session invites families into Santa’s enchanting grotto, where magic comes to life.
What’s Included:

Meet & Greet Santa – Smile big and snap a festive photo to treasure forever.

Every child receives a sweet treat and a personal letter from Santa – delivered with North Pole charm!

Soak up the holiday spirit in our beautifully immersive grotto experience – twinkling lights, festive sounds, and pure Christmas magic.

A proportion of all grotto proceeds will be donated to our Charity Partner of the Year – Kids Village: the UK’s first respite holiday village for children with critical illnesses.
Make reindeer food with Mrs Claus
Our second enchanting experience is making reindeer food with Mrs claus, a 15-minute immersive experience filled with joy, wonder, and holiday cheer.
Running daily from 10am – 7pm, each session invites families into Santa’s enchanting grotto, where magic comes to life.

Breakfast & Supper with Santa
No festive visit to East Midlands Designer Outlet is complete without meeting with Santa - and this year is no different! Book breakfast or supper with Santa at 200 degrees and treat your little ones to a morning or evening experience filled with magic to remember. Kids will receive a free gift from Santa to top off an unforgettable visit for the whole family!

Our Charity Partner - Kids' Village
Take a moment to make a moment. Help us to build Kids' Village - a place for children with critical illnesses & their families to relax, have fun and focus on joy.
Kids’ Village was founded by The Fletcher family after their own experience with childhood cancer, and is supported by a large network of dedicated and supportive friends, families and people passionate about making Kids’ Village a success.
They are building the UK's first Kids' Village - a site that will have ten 4-bedroom lodges for all of the family and a central building for fun, magic and activities.
We are delighted to be working alongside West Midlands Designer Outlet and announce Kids Village as our Charity Partner of the year for 2025.
