1) Be permanently resident outside the EU
2) Depart the EU within 90 days of their purchase
3) Spend a minimum of € 50,- in the same store on the same day

How to receive your Tax Free refund

1) How do I request a Tax Free form?

When paying, ask a member of staff for a Tax Free form for each receipt. They will be happy to help you complete it.

If you are shopping in the Netherlands, you will need your passport or a digital copy, which you can present in the store.

Tip: Provide a valid credit card, your email address, and/or your mobile phone number. This allows your refund to be processed more quickly after customs validation and enables you to receive status updates. Don't forget to take the Tax Free envelope with you.

2) Where do I have my Tax Free form stamped?

Before leaving the European Union, you must have your Tax Free forms validated by customs at your final point of departure from the EU.

Please have the following documents ready:

• Your completed Tax Free forms
• The original receipts
• Your passport
• The purchased goods

3) How do I receive my Tax Free refund?

Once your Tax Free forms have been validated by customs, follow the instructions provided by your Tax Free service provider to receive your refund.

If there is no refund point available on site, mail the validated Tax Free forms together with the original receipts in the provided envelope to your Tax Free service provider.
