We are striving to protect the environment and reduce the direct environmental impact of our operations. As part of this, we have launched the "Recycle Your Fashion" initiative to breathe new life into your old clothes.
How does it work?
1 - Simply drop your pre-loved items off at our Guest Services Suite.
2 - All the items collected are either donated to those in need or recycled.
3 - As a thank you, you will receive 10% off for your next visit to the centre.

We have installed Join the Pipe water points to give all guests access to free water refills and encourage the reduction in the use of single use plastic bottles.
Worms at Work
Making compost naturally. Each year the 100,000 worms in this unit consume over 5 tonnes of food waste from our restaurants reducing our impact on the environment.
Coffee to Compost
Coffee grounds recycled from food outlets and free for guests to take home and recycle.

OUR COMMUNITIES
Each year we partner with a local charity to support the vital work they do, help them to raise funds and bring about further awareness within our community.
At Christmas, we partner with The Spirit of Christmas who promote education, family and community interaction through three main projects.
Over the last 3 years we have teamed up with York Mix and hosted a large Toy Appeal over the festive period. With the help of our customers and brands, we managed to donate over 10,000 toys to our local community.
We believe that every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas and The Toy Appeal steps in to help Father Christmas do this for thousands of children every year.
Through the year we also support York based St Leonard's Hospice who provide care and support for terminally ill people, and people with life limiting illnesses through fundraising and volunteering!

Charge whilst you shop! Our 32 EV charging ports are located in the Green Zone, at our West Entrance. We have 16 AC chargers provided by RAW/ChargePoint and 16 DC Tesla Superchargers.
